Terms of Service

box4you.online (the "service") is operated by [company legal name], [registered address], company number (ЕИК) [ЕИК]. You can reach us at [contact email]. Our full details are on the Company details page.

"You" means the person using the service. If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of EU and Bulgarian law apply in addition to these terms, and nothing here takes them away.

box4you.online lets you design an animated 3D gift box or greeting card, put messages, photos, recordings, videos, documents and gift codes inside, and share it through a private link. The person who receives the link opens the gift in their browser, free of charge.

There are two gift products. The 3D Gift Card is the lighter one: a photo on its cover, a few photos inside, your message and one short audio greeting, with no videos, documents, gift codes or step-by-step reveal. The 3D Gift Box can also hold videos, documents and gift codes, revealed one by one. The exact limits of each, and their prices, are shown on the Pricing page and in the studio.

box4you.online also offers 3D Invitations for weddings and birthdays: one invitation design and one set of event details, with a personal link for each guest. Guests open their invitation and reply (RSVP) free of charge, without an account.

Designing and previewing gifts and invitations is free. Sharing requires a purchase: a gift card or gift box design, which includes up to 3 separate sends (paid one at a time, or with a credit from a credit pack), or an invitation package for one event.

• You can design a gift as a guest, without an account. Guests can also pay; we then email a private link for managing the gift.

• To buy, you must be at least 18 years old.

• Give a real email address that you can access: we send purchase confirmations and management links to it.

• Keep your password and any management links private. Anyone who has a management link can manage that gift.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page and again before you pay. They are in euro and include any VAT due. Every purchase is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then send a confirmation to your email address, including a record of your consent to immediate delivery (section 7).

Everything we sell is digital content, delivered immediately once the payment is confirmed:

• A gift card or gift box becomes a reusable design with up to 3 separate sends. Each send makes a separate gift from the design as it is at that moment, with its own private link, so you can send it to different people or send a new version after editing it. You send when you choose, in the studio or (if you paid as a guest) from your management link. Editing, saving and previewing the design use no send, and paying does not start any active period (section 6). When all its sends are used, the design stays yours and can be bought again for 3 more.

• A credit pack adds its credits to your Gift Wallet. One credit buys one design of the matching type (card or box) with up to 3 separate sends. Credits do not expire.

• An invitation package adds the number of guest invitations shown at checkout to one event. Each guest's personal link uses one invitation; opening it again or changing the reply uses no more. Several packages for the same event add up. Invitation packages can't be used for gift cards or gift boxes, or moved to another event.

Each sent gift can be opened for 30 days from the moment it is sent, independently of your other sends: paying does not start this period. Editing the design later never changes a gift you have already sent. You can turn a sent gift's link off and on again during that time.

We email you before it expires. After it expires, its link stops working at once and you have 7 days to reactivate that sent gift once, free of charge, without using a send and with the same link, for another 30 days from the moment you reactivate it. It can't be changed while extended. When the extension ends, or the 7 days pass without it being used, the gift's personal content (messages, photos, recordings, videos, documents and gift codes) is permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.

The design you send from isn't affected: it stays as you last saved it, so you can make further sends while it has sends left, or buy it again for more.

Invitation links work until 30 days after the event date, and at most 12 months after you first publish the invitation. You can turn them off and on again.

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online, without giving a reason.

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, before you pay we ask you to confirm that you want delivery to start right away and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has happened (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the corresponding provision of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). Delivery happens when a design is sent for the first time, when credits are added to your wallet, or when an invitation package is added to your invitation.

If you paid for a gift card or gift box design but haven't sent it yet, you can still withdraw within 14 days of the purchase, and we refund you in full. How to do this is explained in the Refund Policy.

What you put in a gift stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it (for example resize photos or convert recordings so they play on every device) and show it to the people who open your gift, only so we can provide the service.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that people who appear in your photos, videos or recordings are happy for it to be shared with the recipient.

You must not use box4you.online for content or purposes that are illegal, or that:

• sexually exploit or endanger children, or show sexual content of anyone without their consent;

• harass, threaten, defame or incite hatred or violence against anyone;

• infringe someone else's copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights;

• contain malware, phishing or anything designed to deceive or harm the recipient;

• send unsolicited advertising or spam.

We may remove content and suspend gifts or accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.

If you come across a gift with illegal content, or content that breaks these terms, email [contact email] with the gift's link, what is wrong and why, and your name and email address (unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material, where you may stay anonymous). We confirm receipt, review the report promptly and tell you what we decided. If we remove content, we tell its creator why, and they can ask us to review the decision.

Gift codes, tickets and vouchers placed inside a gift come from the sender or from third parties. We only store and deliver them; we don't issue them and can't guarantee that they are valid or accepted.

We are responsible for providing the service as described. If a gift you paid for doesn't work as it should, contact us at [contact email]. We will fix it; if we can't do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or a refund. These are your rights under the law (Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Bulgarian law), and nothing in these terms limits them.

We do our best to keep box4you.online available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted, for example during maintenance or outages of the providers we rely on.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for content that users put into gifts. For each purchase, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, including for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for death or personal injury.

You can stop using box4you.online at any time. To delete your account, email [contact email]. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where possible we tell you first and give you a chance to respond.

Send complaints to [contact email]. We confirm receipt and aim to resolve every complaint within one month.

If we can't resolve a dispute together, you can turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, kzp.bg) and its conciliation commissions for out-of-court dispute resolution, or to the competent court.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in its courts.

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The new version is published on this page with its date. Purchases are governed by the terms that applied when you made them.
