How packages work

  • The number is how many guests can get their own link for one event.
  • A guest can open their invitation as often as they like: repeat visits never count again.
  • Need more? Add another package to the same event at any time; the links add up.
  • Removing a guest before they open their invitation frees their link again.
  • Guests never pay and never need an account.

How long links work

Guest links work until 30 days after the event date, and at most 12 months after you first publish the invitation, so you can send them well in advance. You can turn the links off yourself at any time.

Good to know

  • All prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • Gifts are digital content delivered right away: when you pay, you ask us to deliver immediately and accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once your gift is published.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What's the difference between the 3D card and the gift box?

The 3D Gift Card (€1.99) is a light greeting: a photo on the cover, up to 3 more photos inside, your message and one audio greeting of up to 60 seconds. The 3D Gift Box (€3.99) is the full unboxing: up to 15 photos, 5 audio recordings, 3 videos, PDFs and files, gift codes and surprises revealed one by one.

Do I pay before I see the result?

No. You design and preview the whole gift for free, and pay only when you choose to share it.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each card or box is a one-time payment that includes up to 3 separate sends, and invitation packages are one-time purchases too. Nothing renews.

Does the recipient pay anything?

Never. They open the link in any browser — no app, no account, no payment.

How long does a gift stay online?

Each send of your gift remains active for 30 days from the moment you publish it, not from the date of purchase. After expiration, you have 7 days to activate a one-time free extension for that send for an additional 30 days, with the same link and the same content. Once the final access period ends, the send's personal content is deleted and only the reusable gift design remains in your account history.

Can I change the gift after paying?

Yes. Edit your design as often as you like without paying again; edits and previews never use a send. A gift you've already sent stays exactly as it was sent: to share a new version, send the design again (each purchase includes up to 3 sends).

I paid as a guest. How do I find my gift again?

Your confirmation email has the gift link and a private management link. You can also ask for your links to be sent again, or save the gift to an account.

What does “up to 3 sends” mean?

Each card or box you buy is a reusable design. You can send it up to 3 times: to three different people, or a new version after editing it. Every send is a separate gift with its own private link, its own 30 days from the moment you send it, and its own one-time free extension. Editing and previewing never use a send, and editing the design never changes a gift you've already sent.
